		<description>Rather sad what this country is coming to, isn't it... not to mention how quickly it's happening.  I graduated high school in 1996, and I had a good Civics teacher who taught us all this stuff and even encouraged us to write to our politicians and let our view be known.  In fact, we got extra credit for it.  :)</description>
