Finished up a report today for work, and it turns out that 65% of our desktops are under 1Ghz, 128MB of RAM or less, and running Windows 98 with Office 97 and Outlook 98.
Excellent.
I know we’re not-for-profit and all, but come ON, people.

I was at Barnes and Noble a couple weeks ago looking for a networking with Python book and saw a “Windows 95 for Dummies” book. It was brand new and costs about 20 bucks. I was shocked, I guess perhaps some people are collecting win95 cd’s and books as ancient artifacts and thus the price?
