I’ve had a rash of people in the office throwing out my cups while I’m away on errands or whatnot. It’s getting to me, and I’m nearly ready to bust out Ye Tool of Remediance.
But how, how to put forth the message that I’m ready to beat people down over a small issue without turning it into an HR issue?

Just start being engaged in work, look busy. Dont talk to any one. But when you do, be extremly formal and soft. Talking softly has a sinster, from a quite man. This is the strongest message you can send out. And never mix up personal and professional life. Being over friendly at work allows others to creap into your space. Shield your fun side just a mistry to others. They will crave and respect you….Bunny Rabit!
The more you get angry and show it…. the more the people will fingure you. Avoid it first and if it happens..smile at it and make a larger stonger comment in good humor.
